If anyone gets the same question in the future, the reason is that the official Hue App and All4Hue request an ssl connection, which phoscon doesn't provide.
There is a qorkaround mentioned here

Hi, I just moved all my lights to raspbee with Deconz and Phoscon Webapp. Beforehand I read that people connected All4Hue with Deconz. However, I cannot get it to work. The deconz bridge is found but I cannot connect to it (it says, that authetication didn't work) What can I do to make it work? I tr...
