We need a trigger condition when the bulb is offline and online (and on/off)
So we can use one bulb in a regular outlet with, a wall switch, to switch on and off a grupe or zone og lamps.

There is already a trigger condition available to check if lights are turned on or off. It is called "Light status of group". You need to add this condition as regular condition and as additional trigger conditon to your rule.

It does not work if the lamp is switch of with the wall switch. Then hue says the lamp is on but offline.

Hello,

To use "light status of a group" in a useful way, the lights in the group (as all smart bulbs) should be powered all time and reliably reachable.

Using a wall switch that cuts power will make the state unreliable. It would not be correct to assume that an unreachable light is off, and switch the group state in that case. This would trigger any matching rule also in the event of a 'regular' connection loss.

This is unfortunately not a Problem that all4hue can solve.

Marcus
